Ideas Of Luxury Goods: Equality, Breeding, Profits Not The Sole Object

Luxury goods in their hometown mean culture and taste, but in China they are more the symbol of wealth and social position. If both of the seller and the buyer think this way, then they will inevitably deviate from the basic spirits of luxury goods. If the service staffs of luxury goods brands show no respect to consumers, they are showing their ignorance of brand culture. And if consumers consider the service staff’s obedience to them in every matter is good service then they are making a mistake. I prefer to explain my idea by quoting the service motto of Ritz-Carlton hotel that “we are Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen”.

I once walked past the Fifth Avenue in New York and saw that the exclusive store of was under renovation with a curtain of three to four meters in height and width saying that this shop was under fitment and people who wanted to shop for something please go to another shop in some other street. I felt somewhat strange after my first glance, so I took a step back and had another look and then realized that the words were written in Chinese. While I sighed for the great consuming power of our compatriots, at the same time, I still had a small wish that when our compatriots are spending and earning money they may try to understand some ideas about the luxury culture, try to be a deliberate consumer and make the deal more graceful.
